I tried to record minecraft while the error went up my my recorder couldn't get it.

I can read out this many words in the split second error stuff: Minecraft has stopped running because it has encountered a problem Middle area: Copy this to Mojang.com That's all I could read. SO I'm guessing it's a error for mulitplayer servers, not just the one that I play on.

I never had any problems until this happened. I'm so confused.

I wanted to play on the server SO bad and I ruined my chance when I tried to kill a skeleton while underwater. >_>

Are you sure? I have upgrade my processors and my graphics card a couple months ago.. And I've died in lava a different server before. I have Windows XP.
